Book a call01How much does a podcast book tour cost?
With us, from $290 per confirmed interview plus a one-time $290 setup, or $1,190 a month for a three-month Launch Tour that targets four confirmed interviews a month. Across the industry, booking agencies commonly charge several hundred to a few thousand dollars a month.
02What counts as a confirmed interview?
A recording date agreed in writing by the host. If a host cancels and doesn't reschedule, that interview isn't billed on the Pay Per Interview plan.
03Is there a minimum commitment?
Launch Tours run for three months because pitching starts well before your launch. Pay Per Interview has no minimum: stop whenever you like.
04Do you charge guests to appear on the Author Talking podcast?
Never. Our own show is editorial and free to appear on. Booking services cover interviews on other podcasts.
05Do you offer refunds?
Setup fees cover work done up front (positioning, one-sheet, show research) and aren't refundable once that work is delivered. Monthly fees can be cancelled before the next month starts.
