These terms apply to your use of authortalking.com. Booking services are also covered by the written agreement we send each client before work starts; if the two differ, the client agreement wins.

Our services

We research podcasts, pitch hosts on a client's behalf, schedule interviews and prepare clients for them. Podcast hosts make their own editorial decisions, so we can't guarantee that any particular show will accept, publish an episode, or deliver a number of downloads or sales.

The Author Talking podcast

Guests on our own show are chosen editorially and never pay to appear. Buying a booking package doesn't guarantee an episode of Author Talking.

Fees

Prices are listed on our pricing page in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Setup fees pay for work delivered up front and aren't refundable once it's delivered. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing month begins.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
