A sponsored guest post on Author Talking is $50. That includes editing, publishing and one contextual link to your site. Sponsored articles that we write, book spotlights and sponsorships are quoted individually.
02Can I advertise my book on Author Talking?
Yes. Authors use a book spotlight to promote a new release, and publishers use sponsored articles and newsletter slots. Tell us your launch date and we'll suggest the best fit.
03Do you accept guest posts?
Yes. We accept guest posts on writing, publishing, podcasting and book marketing for nonfiction authors. Send your topic first through the form; we approve topics before you write.
04What topics can I write about?
Anything useful to nonfiction authors: writing a book, self-publishing, book launches and marketing, podcasting and podcast guesting, author platforms and newsletters. We don't accept gambling, adult, CBD, crypto, loan or pharma content.
05Will my post be labelled as sponsored?
Yes. Paid posts and placements are marked as sponsored, as advertising rules require. It doesn't change how the article reads, and readers trust a site that is open about it.
06How long does my post stay live?
Guest posts stay published on the site. If an article ever needs a factual update, we'll contact you first.
07Can a sponsor appear as a guest on the podcast?
No. Guests on the Author Talking podcast are chosen on merit and never pay. Podcast sponsorship is a separate, clearly read sponsor message.
