Weight Loss Motivation

Weight loss motivation…how often times have you been very motivated to shed weight? Like many, many individuals, most likely a great deal of times.

Why then, do the weight loss efforts of ours seem to always end with the same results? We appear to end up exhausted and hungry with little weight loss, despite having exercise. Then, we end up poorly motivated, or worse still, we are left with no weight loss inspiration left at all.

The answer is two words – positive feedback. With it you’ll be able to be unstoppable in your weight reduction attempts. Without positive feedback it probably is just a question of time before you’re sapped of any motivation which you had started out with. And positive feedback means you’re getting results, good results. You’re losing weight, feeling good and sticking to your plan.

Thus, why is it that we fail? A word, here…DIET! Dieting for many folks means fatigue, hunger, and deprivation. Keeping motivated for your workout routines while fighting those 3 points after 1 day of work can make exercising a little tougher. This’s exactly where weight loss motivation begins to fail.

Eventually you lose interest (motivation!) in exercising.
