Supplement Scams for Weight Loss

Diet pills really are a joke. There are no weight loss supplements available that allow you to shed weight, burn fat, or maybe tone your body.
Lately, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, “What do you feel of a supplement called _____?” (Name removed to protect the useless!)
At this point _____ is a popular “fat burner”, but I want to explain, I don’t think too much of it (or maybe some fat loss burner product, for that matter).
Almost every weight burner in the marketplace is a glorified caffeine tablet. And there really is not one item on the market with a well done, Read full article scientific study supporting it’s use.
As I told the customer of mine, “You understand the secrets, bro: Work that is hard, done accurately, along with the right nutrition. That’s what is needed to get the body you want” (which he’s way too, going from 210 as well as 20 % body fat to 175 and single digit excess fat, all while arriving at his top level of fitness ever).
Back to supplements…I’m not confident that there is a single ingredient on the market that is going to have a significant impact on your fat loss. No matter whether it’s caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, or even my beloved Green Tea and fish oils, I don’t think you’ll shed any excess fat in case you work with these kinds of products (although Green tea, calcium & fish oils can have a significant effect on better health).
So it’s time to expose another myth – the myth that a supplement or perhaps ingredient can allow you to burn off more calories and fat and help you achieve the body of your dreams. This’s simply not going to take place.
Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be ready, that is even better. Get to know the simple truth about these products and no matter whether they are going to do the things they say, or simply burn a hole in the wallet of yours.
