  • 3 cups cooked, cooked rice
  • To flavor fried Rice, add 1/4 cup of sesame Oil
  • Aloha (soy sauce), 1/4 cup or less to taste
  • Sauté eggs, sausages, and vegetables in 3-4 tablespoons of safflower oils
  • Portuguese Sausage, Bite-sized Pieces 8 to 12 Oz
  • Two large eggs
  • Fresh ginger finely chopped, 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 14 cup White Onion, Small Dice
  • Tiny dice of celery, 1/4 cup
  • Tiny dice of carrots 1/4 cup
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas that have been thawed
  • Taste black pepper

 

Cooking Process

Add the onions, celery, and carrots to the oil and sauté until soft. Rice and other ingredients can be added to the mixture. Add the green peas, ginger, and Aloha Shoyu to the mixture. Gently combine the ingredients. Add scrambled scrambled to one pan side and cook until scrambled. Then mix it with the fried rice. Add black pepper or salt to taste if needed.
