Mark Minervini played the Millionaire Maker tayo ricci age tournament in October 2016. He entered with $7,000, which he earned in the last two years. He entered the tournament with the same money he used to buy a house and two cars. He started out with $2,000. The tournament lasted just over two months. During this time, he won two million dollars and posted a 334.8% annual return.
He was the only player who managed to win the tournament in 2016 and 2017. Mark Minervini won his first million dollars after he invested $1 million of his own money in an investment called GILD. That’s how he started to build his portfolio.
