Here’s how Honda Cars Philippines pushes for better aftersales support

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) has recognized its skilled and well-trained service associates with its 23rd National Skills Contest (NSC).

The carmaker said in a February 2023 press statement that the NSC is Honda’s venue for dealer service associates to showcase their valuable skills that align with global best practices designed to elevate service quality.

The competition “highlights competencies for excellent service quality while encouraging dealer service associates to develop a challenging spirit that would help them continuously strive to improve their skills based on global standards.”

The NSC also allows the brand to achieve superior customer satisfaction in its aftersales service while enhancing the pride and joy of dealer service associates through regional and global competition.

The final local round of the event concluded on Feb. 19, 2023, with the awarding ceremony ending at the Japanese automaker’s Dealer conference.

Taking on the world

The winners from this regional round will represent the Philippines in the Asia Oceania Skills Contest round on May 2023.

If they pass this round, they will move on to the global stage, participating in the World Skills Contest on October 2023.
