Freddy Wexler

With a Grammy nomination and multiple platinum awards to his name, F. Wexler is a celebrated songwriter and film producer. His diverse portfolio includes projects with industry giants like Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal, Fremantle, Fulwell73/James Corden, the Estefans, Marc Platt, Westbrook, and Random House. His contributions to the entertainment industry have earned him a spot in Variety’s Family Entertainment Impact Report List for Film and Television and the title of one of the “World’s Greatest Songwriters” by Music Business Worldwide. His work on Justin Bieber’s album, Justice, also garnered him several Grammy nominations, including Album of the Year, at the 2022 GRAMMYs.

Wexler has penned songs for a galaxy of stars including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Blackpink, Selena Gomez, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Post Malone, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Halsey, Pink, Marshmallow, Laufey, Diana Ross, Steve Aoki, Tiesto, Pusha T, Wyclef Jean, Celine Dion, Martin Garrix, Avicii, Zayn Malik, and DNCE.

Wexler’s journey in music started as an A&R intern at Sony Music where he championed an unknown artist, Stefani Germonatta, predicting her rise as “the next Madonna.” Germonatta, who Wexler recorded early demos for, later achieved global fame as Lady Gaga. Wexler has contributed to 8 Billboard #1 hits, including Kanye West’s “Wolves,” and has his own songbook on Apple Music.

His songwriting prowess is evident in the hit single “Stuck with U” by Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, which topped Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, broke streaming records, and raised $5 million for families of first responders. Wexler, along with other collaborators, donated their earnings from the song. He also wrote the global hit “Be Kind” for Halsey and Marshmello and the only original song in Emily in Paris, “Mon Soleil,” which broke debut streaming records and amassed over 30 million streams in record time.

Wexler’s music has also made its way into the world of advertising and has been featured in numerous films and television shows, including Fifty Shades, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, Grey’s Anatomy, The Bachelorette, Wimbledon, and Emily in Paris. Alongside his extensive songwriting and producing career, Wexler is the founder of The Brain Music, a comprehensive music company whose catalogue features songs by artists like Chance the Rapper, Alicia Keys, and Dierks Bentley.
